wonderful experience!
excellent breakfast awesome pastries
I found the breakfast options excellent. The pastries were AMAZING!!! the hotel is also very close to the train station. it was also very clean and neat.

charmed by my stay
comfortable bed really good buffet spacious room
the room was spacious i had a sofa and an armchair there was also a desk the mirror was big. i had one of the most comfortable beds i have ever experienced. breakfast had a high quantity and a great quality i found the buffet really good.
i found the water pressure in the shower to be minimal it made it difficult to use.

the hotel has easy walking distance to the waterfront all the museums and historic sites are nearby. the train station is accessible, although returning requires transportation because it is uphill.

breakfast offers good options the breakfast buffet has more sweet treats than a dessert table. two good coffee machines are available with a vast selection of teas, cheeses, pancakes, croissants, yogurts, and fruits.

unhelpful staff inconvenient water
the location was good, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the staff quite unhelpful. They didn't seem willing to assist with luggage. i sent a message about parking but never received a reply, and when i asked about nearby parking, the lady at the lobby suggested i look it up online. the room did not include complimentary water, and i had to go to reception to get it myself!!!

surprise upgrade
early arrival room upgrade super clean bathroom
i arrived earlier than check-in time, and the staff was nice to accommodate me. i even got upgraded to a premium double room. the room featured modern decor and it was spacious. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the super clean bathroom.
the elevator was slow at peak hours.

the hotel is close to a metro station, convenient for getting around. i walked to the vieux port in about 15 minutes. several restaurants are nearby, offering many choices.

helpful staff excellent service clean room missing drawer single chair small cupboard
the reception desk people showed excellent service. i found the front reception staff to be especially helpful. our room was a perfect size and very clean. the room service breakfast was delicious.
i found no drawers or shelves in the room. there was only one chair for two people.

the reception staff was very helpful , trying to accommodate requests. the location was convenient , a short walk to the port.
the receptionist asked for a security deposit , i have never been asked this before. the neighborhood felt unsafe , someone broke into a car nearby.

broken hinge oversized floor lamp
i was disappointed with my room a superior double room the space felt cramped i found the closet hinge broken also the floor lamp was dangerously oversized i kept hitting my head on it
